It's not a quilt 'til it's quilted. You’ve made a beautiful top, but how do you decide how to quilt it? I’ll share with you what I have learned (both the good and the bad!) from quilting my own quilts over the last many years.
In the quilting lecture I talk about quilting design inspiration, fabric choices and how they impact quilting, batting, and how-to information on both hand and machine quilting.
Stars & Pines—an EPP Class
English paper piecing is a traditional sewing method where paper pieces fit together like a puzzle - add fabric, stitch them together, and you have a quilt! EPP is sewing that can go with you anywhere.
In this class for all skill levels you will learn how to print and cut your own EPP papers which opens up major design possibilities. There are lessons on color and design, 3 different kinds of stitches, how to hold your sewing (which is more important than you might think), and much more!
